A PRAYER TO HELP WHEN TAKING AN EXAM

 

Dear Heavenly Father 

In this quiet moment, as I sit with my exam paper before me, I reach out to You for strength, guidance and grace.

My heart is pounding, and my hands are trembling, but I know You are with me, guiding me through it all. Grant me the ability to focus intently on each question, to read carefully and understand fully. Help to retain all that I have studied Lord. 

Steady my hand, Lord, as I navigate the questions. Let my answers be a clear reflection of the knowledge l've absorbed.

Help me to trust in the process, knowing that You have equipped me with the tools / need to succeed.

Help me, Lord, to silence the inner chatter and focus on the task at hand. You granted Solomon wisdom in times of need; grant me that same wisdom now, Father, the ability to discern the right answers from the sea of possibilities.

Guide my memory, Lord, so that the information l've diligently studied surfaces with clarity. And when doubt creeps in, remind me to breathe and trust in the preparation I've undertaken.

Above all, Father, remind me that I am never alone. You are here, whispering words of encouragement and support.

In Your holy name, I pray. Amen.
